For your convenience, we’ve provided links below to complete and submit forms online. Simply choose the form that matches the water service you need, fill it out, and submit it along with payment.  

Please note that additional information may be required upon review of the application. A $100 deposit is required before service will be connected a 2.8% fee applies for debit/credit card.  24 hour notice is required. Deposits are held until the final bill is calculated and applied at that time.

*NOTE:  Some addresses located in Oaks of Edgewood are serviced by Water District 17 which could include some streets on the west side of Robinson Road for example Chickadee Dr, SW 8th, 9th, and 10th Terr, Redbird Ct., Pintail Lane, Meadowlark Ct., Blue Bird Lane.
