The Municipal Court is the judicial branch of city government. The Oak Grove Municipal Court handles Traffic and City Ordinance violations written by the Oak Grove Police, Animal Control and Code Enforcement Departments.
Municipal Court is in session the last Wednesday of every month at 6 p.m. Some exceptions may apply due to holidays (*), please see the Municipal Court Dates link on the right side of the page. The Municipal Court is located on the lower level of the Oak Grove City Hall/Police Dept./Municipal Court building located at 2110 South Broadway, Oak Grove, MO, 64075. The Court does have its own entrance located at the back of the building.
