Tracey Newcomer, Alderwoman Ward III, was appointed to fill the vacant seat in August 2022. Alderwoman Newcomer currently serves as the Liaison to the Park Board.
Newcomer grew up in Oak Grove and graduated from Oak Grove High School in 2004. Her and her husband, John a 2001 graduate of Oak Grove, have started their own family’s roots here with their son, Jackson.
Tracey owns Jackson Avenue in Oak Grove and has proudly served on the Oak Grove Chamber of Commerce from 2020 to 2022.
