Civic Center Rental Information - Please note that as of September 6, 2018 we are not able to take new reservations for the Oak Grove Civic Center for rental dates between September 2018 - January 2019.  Starting February 2019, the rentals should take place at the new Fieldhouse facility that is currently under construction at Bent Oak Park. However, if your rental will be small in number (50 people or under), please consider our Davis Center facility for your event. Thank you for your understanding.

Deposits

Pavilion Rental Information

The pavilions rent for $25 per day. We ask that you pay for your shelter within one week of making your reservation and then post your rental sign (provided) on the shelter at least one hour prior to when you start.

There are two pavilions at Webb Park and one at Frick Park.

Open fires are permitted only in the available fireplace structures; open fires are prohibited anywhere else in the parks. All trash and litter shall be disposed of properly in the available trash containers.
